As equestrians, we invest heavily in our horses: tack, bodywork, training, and professional support. Far less often do we invest the same care into our own bodies and inner preparation.
This series asks a simple but powerful question: what happens when the rider becomes as considered, balanced, and prepared as the horse?
Through guided movement, practical discussion, and clear links back to riding, you’ll explore balance, coordination, posture, and presence, and how these qualities directly influence connection, feel, and harmony in the saddle.

We completely understand that life can be unpredictable. While we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for missed sessions, you’re very welcome to attend any sessions you can, and to move at your own pace within the programme.
