Refunds apply on Veterinary (horse) or medical (handler) note only. In case of an unforseen but undocumented issue, please Reschedule your session. 

While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I kindly request that any requests for rescheduling lessons be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Rescheduling is permitted on an individual basis and subject to mutual agreement. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
