Hi, I’m Wiola — a freelance coach supporting riders and horse owners who care deeply about how they learn, not just what they achieve.

I love working with people who are curious, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in their horse’s experience. People who want to develop their horses — and themselves — in ways that feel kind, welfare-led, and grounded in understanding.

My coaching pathways at Aspire Equestrian Riding Academy (AERA), established in January 2010, are centred around building willing, confident partnerships through clarity, care, and a shared understanding between horse and rider — whether your goals involve sport, pleasure, or simply a deeper connection with your horse.

This is a place for riders who want to slow down, ask better questions, and enjoy the process of developing skills that honour both horse and human.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of horses and riders, and my approach continues to evolve through experience, study, and close observation of what truly supports learning.

How learning works at AERA
Learning with horses is a gradual, layered process that unfolds over time.
That’s why coaching at AERA is organised through Pathways — a clear, supportive way of guiding riders through different stages of development.

As skills and understanding grow, support evolves — from hands-on guidance toward increasing independence and confidence in your own judgement.
Progress is guided by readiness and understanding, rather than fixed timelines.
The AERA Pathways (at a glance)
Each Pathway supports a different stage of learning.
You don’t need to know where you fit — we’ll work that out together.
