Join our "BD Test Preparation Clinic," where we focus on fostering a harmonious connection between you and your horse, prioritising their well-being and understanding, all while preparing for competitive dressage.

 

As a participant, you can look forward to:

​

1. Acquiring valuable groundwork techniques to enhance your horse's performance and their comprehension of your cues.

​

2. Riding the dressage test, reflecting on it with guidance from both Wiola and Mariana, and then re-riding the test, with feedback from a BD Dressage Judge who places the well-being of horses as a top priority.

​

3. Gaining insights into improving your performance mindset skills, under the guidance of a Center 10 Advanced Coach.

​

4. Entering a supportive environment to discuss the challenges of competitive dressage, where the rider and the horse share a partnership based on clear, compassionate, and fair communication. 

​

5. 60 minutes of focus on you and your horse

THIS CLINIC WILL COVER

DRESSAGE TEST RIDING SKILLS - RIDER & HORSE

  • Test riding the BD Dressage test at the level of your choice (from Intro to Elementary. Exact test will be send out via email with the Clinic Information Pack - request yours below)

  • A debriefing and groundwork training session to enhance your ability to support your horse's optimal movement.

  • A feedback session with an experienced Dressage Judge (experience in Germany and the UK as a BD Listed Judge).

RIDER'S PERFORMANCE MINDSET

Two 30 minute interactive online workshops with Centre 10 Advanced Coach Victoria of Movement & Mindfulness Equestrian

Workshop 1: learn how to prepare for competition and optimise feedback gained during test day 

​

Workshop 2: learn how to debrief effectively and gain tools to take this forward to a confident, successful competition

Aspire Equestrian Riding Academy is dedicated to providing exceptional education to riders of all levels. We believe that when riders are given the tools to understand and connect with their horses, they are better able to not only develop them athletically but also to build lasting relationships with their equine partners.
